NEOM Construction Villages (NCV) – Five Villages

The project consists of five villages on a land area of 798,000 m2 for four sites and 849,000 m2 for the fifth. They include residential facilities for NEOM staff, contractors’ staff, and FM staff; combined facilities; separate amenities for NEOM staff, contractors’ staff, and FM staff; and utilities buildings. The residential facilities types for each village include NEOM camp type A suite (G), NEOM camp type B (G+1), contractors’ type A (G), contractors’ type B (G+1), contractors’ type C (G+1), contractors’ type D (G+1), FM staff types B, C & D (G+1).

The combined facilities (all ground floor) for each village consist of registration & FM offices, office building, mosque, multi-purpose hall, fire station & truck yard, maintenance warehouse, clinic, commercial, laundry, type A+B dining, type C+D dining, kitchen, LPG, dry & cold goods storage, outdoor toilet, garbage room, security facilities, training facility, and mosque. The separate amenities (all ground floor) for each village are type A (gym, games room, and multipurpose room), type B (gym, games room, male swimming pool, and female swimming pool), type C (gym, games room, and men swimming pool), type D (gym, games room, and male swimming pool), FM staff (gym and games room).

NEOM separate amenities (all ground floor) for each village are registration & FM office, clinic, commercial, game, gym, male swimming pool, female swimming pool, laundry, garbage room, outdoor toilet, guardhouse, dining & kitchen, kitchen, LPG, mosque, multi-purpose room, and electrical substation. The BUA for all buildings 331,322 m2 for the five villages.
