Project Description
With a footprint area of 5,412 m2 and a total built-up area of 13,500 m2, the factory of Unilever Mashreq is located at Industrial Zone 4 in 6th of October City.
The project covered the renovation and refurbishment of the Powder Factory (steel structure), which comprises the following buildings:
- Sprays Tower (for powder drying)
- Process Building (production): ground floor and five upper floors
- Packing Building: ground floor and mezzanine
