  1. Umm Ghuwaillina – The Green Urban Axis: on a GFA of 898,303 m2; it comprises a mixed use area including mall, retail units, offices, schools & kindergarten, speciality hospital, hotel, and serviced/non-serviced apartments. In addition, the complete neighbourhood overlooks Doha Metro’s Red Line and encompasses systems of blocks and streets, pedestrian walkways providing important connections, as well as air conditioned pedestrian bridges.
  2. Al Mansoura – Smart Living Neighbourhood: on a GFA of 96,559 m2; it comprises residential buildings, hotel-serviced apartments, retail units and offices. In addition, it links the two station entrances, comprising residential towers overtopping commercial floors forming a vibrant pedestrian realm connected to the surrounding urban fabric.
