Project Description

With a land area of 22,627 m2 and construction cost of US $ 125 million, the development comprises 3 apartment blocks G+9 (15,080 m2), G+7 (12,064 m2) & G+5 (9,048 m2) with basement parking and common amenities (swimming pool, fitness centers and kids playground), in addition to 12 villas G+1 (228 m2).

The residential development intends to serve as an accommodation for approximately 825 staff of the ADNOC Petroleum Institute.
