Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) constructs Barhi substation (132/11 kV) located in Palm Jumeirah on a plot area of around 1415.37m2. The substation comprises a main building (B+G+M+2) with a height of 17 metre and an ancillary building for security.
