Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) constructs Mira substation (132/11 kV) located in Al-Yalayis (1) on a plot area of around 2,999m². With a built-up area of 41,383m² , the substation includes a main building (B+G+1) with a height of 17 metre, in addition to three ancillary buildings for fire pump, security and earthing transformer.
