Al-Madina Al-Zarqa is a 32-square-kilometer waterfront city built along 16 kilometers of coastline. The city is located in the vicinity of the Gulf of Oman; 45 minutes from Muscat Seeb Airport.

As one of the largest scale developments in the Middle East; this iconic project comprises residential, commercial, light industrial, institutional, and municipal developments. Phase 1A covers the following:

• Luxury Villas comprising 100 luxurious villas with an approximate BUA of 7,500 m²
• Lagoon Villas comprising 202 villas with a total BUA of 77,300 m²
