Engineering Consultancy Services for CPA Treatment Project

The project comprises establishing a new facility for Concentrated Phosphoric Acid (CPA) as part of the existing plant. The new facility uses CPA as a raw material. The process includes the following: Solids Reduction and Filter Press. The equipment shall be located in the existing Maintenance Building, which has an area of 36.86 m × 9.25 m and a clearance of 5.04 m.
The project covers the necessary works required for the existing building to accommodate the filter press equipment, which requires a clearance of 14.0 meters. This is to ensure a 3-meter clearance above the maximum height of the filter press cloth wash system, as this space is necessary for lifting frames.
