The project covers refurbishment, demolition and construction of new parts in the following existing buildings:

• Biyala Hospital, Kafr Al-Sheikh: 1 main building and 1 service building on a land area of 4,978m², with a built-up area of 14,337m²;
• Al-Bayadeyah Hospital, Luxor: 1 main building and 4 service buildings on a land area of 4,012m², with a built-up area of 10,267m²;
• Nagaa Hammadi Hospital, Qena: 1 main building and 1 service building on a land area of 8,473m², with a built-up area of 21,605m²;
• Abu Tesht Hospital, Qena: 1 main building and 7 service buildings on a land area of 11,517m², with a built-up area of 12,796m².
