The objective of the project is to refurbish and transform 2 existing warehouses and an existing steel shed into service workshops for Hyundai and Kia vehicles, with a total built-up area of 18,835m².

To provide the workshops with support services, the project also constitutes the construction of a car parking building spare parts centres, 2 reception areas, 2 training centres, as well as 2 gatehouses at the entrances, with a total built-up area of 20,430m².

ECG’s scope of work covers conceptual design, schematic design, design development, tender action and construction supervision.
