Project Description
Stretching on a total land area of 424,200 m2 (101 acres), the project is an industrial complex on Cairo – Al-Ain Al-Sokhna Road; consisting of 21 blocks.
The complex encompasses an administrative building, factory buildings & storages, application center, in addition to other service facilities including the main service buildings (power station, sewage lift station, water and storm tanks, potable water pump room, and garbage room). This adds to an auto transport facility which contains an inspection building and car sheds.
All buildings and facilities are secured by security buildings and towers and monitored by a control room.
