As your construction management team we will review your contracts and negotiations, analyze your change orders, develop your project staffing plans, provide need-based training and coaching, manage your bidding process, estimate and evaluate your costs, plan your construction schedule, provide inspection and quality assurance, apply project controls, evaluate your project’s productivity, assist with value engineering and earned-value management, and preside over matters of dispute and resolution.
As your constructions supervisors, we will have eyes for you everywhere. We will provide daily site supervision and inspection, review your shop drawings, test your materials, systems, and installations, oversee non-destructive testing, verify project documentation and as-built documentation, commission installed systems, close-out and handover documentation, verify and certify third parties, as well as be responsible for facility management and maintenance supervision.

Housing and Development Bank
Located in the Financial District, with a total built-up area of 41,555 m2, the bank comprises 2 basement floors for cash center, archives, technical rooms, general services, and parking areas (210 cars); a ground floor for reception & lounge, meeting rooms, and cafeteria; and 7 upper floors for administrative offices and branches of bank companies.
The building layout is designed to be consistent with the general character of the financial district and in line with the adjacent neighborhood of ministries.
The façade adds a modern touch while adopting a unique Egyptian theme.
Energya Extra High-Voltage Cables Factory
Premised on a plot area of 168,000 m2, Energya extra high-voltage cables factory was constructed in the industrial city of 10th of Ramadan. The main component of the factory was the production building. With a builtup area of 51,750 m2, it accommodated all production equipment and testing/laboratory facilities.
Other factory elements included a 10,000 m2 warehouse, a 10,000 m2 carpentry workshop, an 830 m2 luxurious three storey office building, a 120 m high tower, hot-air treatment rooms, a mosque and associated facilities, a raw material building and an open-air product storage room. A highly advanced compressed air and nitrogen chilled water utility system was installed at the factory.see projects related
Control Tower for Luxor Airport
Renovation of the air navigation control tower. The tower is 36 m high, the cabin is prefabricated by a Canadian manufacturer.see projects related
