The project comprised the construction of the Capital Market Office Building in the financial district, Smart Village. With a built-up area of 14,000 m2 , the building consists of two basements and 2 blocks, each block consists of ground & 3 floors (3,000 m2 each). The office building includes a data center occupying an area of 932 m2.
