ECG Sponsors 2018 “ICEC” Edition

On the 23rd and 24th of October 2018, ECG was the Elite Sponsor of the fourth Annual “Intelligent Cities Exhibition & Conference: Delivering Sustainable Intelligent Cities for the Future Generations.”

The event was held at the Hilton Cairo Heliopolis hotel, under the auspices of the Egyptian Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, the Ministry of Electricity & Energy; and the Ministry of Environment, in the presence of a large number of speakers, participants, and entrepreneurs from well-renowned corporations, all coveting the future of Egypt’s construction industry.

The conference discussed various themes relating to intelligent cities, including: GstarCAD 2019 New & Improved Features; Revolution of Home Automation; Smart City Platform; Cutting Edge Safety; Security Products & Systems Made in Egypt; Leading New ICT Digital Transformation to Smart City; Safe Cities Solutions; Evolution of Micro Data Centers in the Era of Edge Computing; SAP Solutions Smarten the Real Estate Business; Delivering Sustainable Developments for the Future Generations – Developers Point of Views; Global Standards for Smart Cities; and IoT & ICT Infrastructure, Advanced Water & Waste Water Systems – Providing Safer Water for Future Generations & The Intercom DNA.

Alongside its strong presence throughout the conference’s sessions and proceedings, ECG also maintained round-the-clock participation at the exhibition through an ECG booth with representatives available to answer attendees’ queries.

ECG’s body of delegates missed the late Chairman Amr Allouba, who was commemorated by the speakers, led by Communications & Security Systems Department Manager Ahmed Sorour. In a presentation titled “Intelligent Cities Integration Portfolio,” Mr. Sorour shed light on a number of important topics relating to the development of intelligent systems, such as CSI Development & Integration, System Integrator–Business Model, Smart City Building Blocks, Smart Lighting Poles, Smart Parking, Smart City Layers, Smart Waste Management, Smart Irrigation, and Data Analysis & Reporting.
