- Education and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in an Architecture Discipline
- A minimum of 15-20 years experience in all phases of major engineering, design and construction contracts
- Preferable to have PRMG/PMP certificate
- Specific Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of project management practices and principles
- Knowledge of time and cost planning and control
- A general Knowledge of technical and administrative concepts related to project management
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Skilled in preparing and conducting project presentations
- Skilled in assessing workload to establish priorities
