Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or related field
- Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in landscape architecture, including concept, detailed design and construction documentation.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale, complex landscape and urban design projects, from inception to completion
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Revit, and Civil 3D
- Strong project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
- Proven capacity to handle client communications, presentations, and negotiations effectively
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop master planning concepts for large-scale developments, integrating open spaces, public realms, and landscape corridors into broader urban fabric.
· Foster innovation in design approaches, with creative, functional, and aesthetically compelling landscape designs that respond to site context, environmental conditions, and client vision.
· Lead and support multidisciplinary teams of landscape architects, and support staff throughout all project phases.
· Mentor and guide junior and senior team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
· Coordinate with other discipline leads (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure integrated and cohesive design outcomes
· Oversee the conceptual, schematic, and detailed design of landscape architecture projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and context-responsive solutions.
· Approve and guide the preparation of drawings, specifications, reports, and presentations in alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
· Ensure that all designs are compliant with local codes, standards, sustainability goals, and best practices
