Job Summary: 

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.

Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content for our website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to increase visibility and traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and sharing engaging content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, and prepare detailed reports to share insights and recommendations.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, developers, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in digital marketing, preferably within services companies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
