Education & Professional Qualifications

5-10 years’ progressive experience in Architecture/Engineering design with minimum 5 years in BIM field

SOFTWARE SKILLS

Revit, Navisworks and ACC are required

Dynamo, Civil 3D, Synchro are advanced

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare project’s BIM execution plan (BEP)

Develop, Coordinate and Organize the BIM training courses

Define the used Common Data Environment (CDE)

Manage, and Monitor the assigned BIM Project Coordinators

Collect the MEP requirements and Prepare the pre-coordination zoning

Conduct the BIM coordination meetings on regular intervals with the project delivery team

Provide coordination solutions to resolve visual inspection issues and hard clashes

Ensure final BIM deliverable requirements are achieved

Follow-up the new BIM codes, techniques, process, implementation, software, tools, terms and methods
