Zed West - Phase II

Zed West (Phase II) is a residential development stretching over a total land area of 57,088 m². It boasts an excellent location on the mid-eastern side of Al-Sheikh Zayed, offering an excellent visibility from one of the main roads.

The project comprises four prototypes for 12 mixed-use buildings, erected above an underground parking facility. The total BUA is 142,635 m² for the residential units (1110 units), and 3,233 m² for the retail units. This adds to a 65-acres park, which positions the development as one of a kind in Al-Sheikh Zayed City.
