Yas Canal Community National Housing Villas

Yas Canal Residential Community intended as unique vibrant Emirati National Housing community and mixed-use waterfront destination, along the Yas Canal, for target population of (23,000) residents approximately, with over (1100) ready built National Housing villas, (3600) apartments and (550) luxury villas and development plots.
