Wastani Petroleum Co. (Wasco) Compression Station Engineering

The project comprises installing gas separation and compression facilities to increase the pressure of the produced fluid (gas and condensate) from 250 PSI to approximately 1100 PSI.
ECG’s scope covers process design, including the development of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), detailed piping design with layout, stress analysis, supports, and isometric drawings, as well as instrumentation and control for the entire system.
Additionally, the scope included structural design for foundations and electrical design for power distribution, lighting, earthing, and lightning protection.
