Project Description

The mega-project Marassi located in the North Coast of The South Saad Al-Abdullah City project in Kuwait covers an area of 59 km² and involves the development of an eco-friendly and smart city in line with international standards. The project comprises more than 30,000 housing units designed to accommodate 400,000 people and aims to create a modern urban environment that integrates sustainability with advanced infrastructure and services.
The concept is based on the city’s reliance on modern technology, with all services and roads interconnected through an integrated Internet network. Intended to be the first city in the Middle East that is both eco-friendly and smart, the development serves as a model for future sustainable urban communities in Kuwait.
