Solana East Project - Infrastructure and Roads

Solana is a luxurious mixed-use development located in New Cairo, Egypt, approximately 32 km east of Downtown Cairo. It extends over approximately 168 acres (704,070 m²) of relatively flat, low-lying land in a prime location within one of New Cairo’s fastest-growing urban areas, adjacent to South Al-Teseen Street.

The development comprises three primary zones: villas zone, apartments zone, and central commercial zone. The design proposal is based on client-provided site information, land area, and preliminary area program.
