Architecture
Architectural Department
The Architectural Department delivers integrated exterior and interior design solutions in accordance with local and international regulations and standards. Leveraging advanced architectural software and BIM technologies, the department supports a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential, commercial, hospitality, transportation, administrative, healthcare, religious, sporting, industrial, educational, and high-rise buildings.

1- Technical Design & Documentation
The department develops detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules essential for planning approvals, tendering, and construction. This ensures that all designs are practical, code-compliant, and seamlessly coordinated with other project disciplines.

2- Multidisciplinary Coordination
The department works in close coordination with structural, MEP, cost, and project management teams to deliver fully integrated, clash-free designs.

3- Regulatory & Authority Approvals
The department oversees all submissions to planning authorities and regulators, ensuring designs comply with local building codes, zoning requirements, and international standards when applicable.

4- Construction Support
The department provides design clarifications, reviews shop drawings, and conducts site visits to ensure that construction aligns with the approved design throughout the project’s execution.

5- Design Reviews & Peer Reviews
The department conducts systematic evaluations of architectural designs to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to best practices. This includes reviewing drawings, models, and specifications to identify design risks, coordination conflicts, and any non-compliance with codes, standards, or client requirements. Peer reviews offer independent, objective feedback from experienced architects, enhancing design robustness, minimizing errors, and improving overall project performance prior to construction.

6- Sustainability & Performance Design
The department integrates sustainable design principles into projects to minimize environmental impact and enhance building performance. This includes evaluating energy efficiency, water conservation, material selection, and indoor environmental quality from the early design stages. The team supports LEED studies by identifying achievable credits, coordinating with engineering disciplines, preparing documentation, and guiding projects through certification, ensuring that sustainability goals align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.

7- Fire & Life Safety Studies
The department prioritizes occupant safety by integrating fire and life safety measures into building designs. This includes developing fire and life safety strategies, analyzing means of egress, occupant loads, fire compartmentation, and smoke control systems. The team coordinates closely with fire engineers and authorities to ensure compliance with local and international codes, supports regulatory approvals, and incorporates fire safety requirements into the overall design without compromising functionality or aesthetics.

8- Value Engineering Studies
The department aims to maximize project value by balancing cost, quality, performance, and functionality. This includes reviewing design options, materials, and construction methods to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety, design intent, or long-term performance. The team collaborates with engineers, cost consultants, and contractors to evaluate alternatives, assess life-cycle costs, and support informed decision-making that aligns the project with budget and client objectives.
