It comprises 385 villas of 6 different types (ground and 2 floors); 8 residential buildings (basement, ground and 7 floors) hosting 532 apartments; a recreation center unfolding a mosque, a gym, retail shops, a bowling center, and other entertainment facilities.

Moreover, the project incorporates a hypermarket with a total built-up area of 3,965 m². The project’s total construction cost stood at US$ 449 million.
