Renovation of Dar El Salam Hospital (Hermal)​

Project Description

The hospital building has a total built-up area of 24,000 m² and comprises a basement, ground floor, and six typical floors. The renovation involved upgrading the existing Dar El Salam Hospital (Hermal), including all required architectural, structural, and MEP works.
Before renovation, the hospital comprised 154 inpatient beds, 4 operating rooms, 18 ICU beds, and 14 bone marrow beds. After renovation, the capacity increased to 200 inpatient beds, with a surgical intensive care unit of 13 beds, 9 operating rooms (including 4 specialized and 5 general), 16 ICU beds, and 30 bone marrow beds.
