Project Description

With a total built-up area of 31,500 m², Xceed Call Center lies within the complex of the Ministry of Communications & Information Technology in Smart Village. The development consists of a basement, ground floor, and three upper floors. It is split into two buildings with a shared basement: call center building and IT Building. The basement comprises a data center (650 m²), including an equipment area, voice system room, staging and testing room, and control and store rooms, in addition to office spaces. It also includes a parking area and rooms for drivers, equipment, and air-conditioning, communications, electrical, and mechanical systems.
