Project Description
The VIDA design philosophy aspires to buildings that reflect local culture and architectural vernacular of the place. Circulations in the hotel enable guests to navigate through all public areas, with minimum directional signage. Most of the units are oriented to see the view around the resort, and large windows provided visual connections between the interior and the exterior.
ECG’s scope of work covers coordinating with the International Consultant in the concept and schematic designs; in addition to preparing the detailed design, tender documents, and tender action.
With a total built-up area of about 37,182 m2, and a capacity of 222 rooms; the hotel building comprises a garden floor, entry floor, and three upper floors arranged as follows:
- Garden floor: restaurants, kids club, parking, and back of house
- Entry floor: reception, administration area, lounge, and parking
- First floor: hotel rooms
- Second floor: gym, health club, and hotel rooms
- Third floor: hotel rooms
