Project Description
With a total BUA of 106,187 m2, the project comprises ten schools in Doha; each including 2 floors and 18 classrooms as follows:
- Rabaa: BUA of 10,679 m2
- Ibn-Khaldon: BUA of 10,770 m2
- Al-Waffa: BUA of 10,771 m2
- Khalifa: BUA of 10,866 m2
- Amna: BUA of 10,711 m2
- Khawla: BUA of 10,685 m2
- Al-Doha: BUA of 10,971 m2
- Al-Waab: BUA of 10,799 m2
- Um-Mabbad: BUA of 10,743 m2
- Um-Ghwalina: BUA of 9,192 m2
Schools consist of 18 classrooms (25 students each), art rooms, laboratories, library, teachers’ rooms, administrative offices, assembly & multipurpose halls, auditorium, canteen, kitchen, pantries, toilets, changing rooms, services rooms, ancillary buildings, water tank yard, sports courts, hardscape and softscape, shaded structures, parking, boundary walls, fence, and gates, in addition to external site services.
The buildings are of reinforced concrete structure with block work infill. The assembly and multipurpose halls are covered with space frame/steel structure and roof cladding.
