Project Description

Stretching over 5.5 million square meters, Sarai is strategically located at km 45 on the Cairo– Suez Road, and aims to provide high-end housing services.
Sarai has a perfect mix of urban-to-suburban exposure, with a wide variety of spaces and units, ranging from apartments to S-villas/Townhouses, among others, set amidst a sprawling lush green landscape.
The project covers two islands dedicated to residential purposes (shell & core):

S1: with a land area of 224,743 m², and a built-up area of 225,271 m², for 76 apartment buildings with a built-up area of 145,510 m², and 148 villas with a built-up area of 79,762 m².
S2: with a land area of 531,239 m², and a built-up area of 318,939 m², for 118 apartment buildings with a built-up area of 255,889 m², 115 villas with a built-up area of 61,050 m², and a clubhouse with a built-up area of 2000 m² .
