The apartment buildings encompass three types of units (1, 2, and 3 bedrooms) including six buildings (31 apartments each), each with a BUA of approximately 3,271 m2; two buildings (32 apartments each), each with a BUA of approximately 3,271 m2 each; and twelve buildings (30 apartments each), each with a BUA of approximately 3,094 m2. This adds to a commercial zone with retail and leisure areas, gates and fences, 2 substations, and 2 underground water tanks.
