On a land area of 704,000 m2; the project comprises residential units including standalone villas (area: 25,000 m2), twin villas (area: 25,000 m2), chalets (area: 55,000 m2), town houses (area: 15,000 m2), lofts (area: 12,000 m2); utility buildings (MVSG, data center, surveillance rooms, and main gate); facilities (inclined elevators, pedestrian bridges, and costal road bridges); lagoons and non-residential buildings (sports lagoon and a hotel with a BUA of 2,440 m2), Isla Clubhouse (BUA: 400 m2), Elara Clubhouse (BUA: 600 m2), Mountain Park hotel (BUA: 3,600 m2), Hotel–B11 (BUA: 12,500 m2), serviced apartments B11-01 (BUA: 10,000 m2), and E1-serviced apartments -02 (BUA: 40,000 m2).
