Project Description
Over a land strip with road front of 50 m and area of about 50 m x 110 m, and with a total built-up area of 1,650 m2; the extension comprises a production area, new cooling tower, finished products tanks, and external tank farm with a total number of 15 tanks and vessels (2 with storage capacity of 1,000 m3, 2 with storage capacity of 150 m3, 3 with storage capacity of 90 m3 , 2 with storage capacity of 160 m3, 1 with storage capacity of 60 m3, 2 with storage capacity of 50 m3, 1 with storage capacity of 6 m3 , 1 with storage capacity of 4 m3 and 1 with storage capacity of 2.4 m3).
Scope of works covers piping and instrumentation diagrams, process piping systems, instrument list, instrument loop diagrams, instrument cable schedule, MTO, instrument wiring diagrams, control room layout, firefighting and F&G detection systems, in addition to dike walls, pipe rack, and utility expansion.
