Project Description
Located in Al-Arid District, North of Riyadh; the project stretches over a land plot of approximately 45,000 m2, with a built-up area of 180,000 m2.
The 350-bed hospital comprises 230 outpatient clinics and 160 residential apartments for senior medical staff.
The project encompasses three zones:
Zone 1: Medical Center with BUA of 110,000 m2
Zone 2: Residential Premises with BUA of 50,000 m2
Zone 3: Central Services & Utilities Area with BUA of 20,000 m2
