Project Description

Abu Dhabi Luxury Island (ADLI) is 1,438,820 m2 island, 600 m away approximately from Abu Dhabi coast with view of UAE Presidential Palace.

ADLI shall offer luxurious homes of (219) Residential Villas (10 types with BUAs ranging from 800 to 2000 m2), with necessary premium amenities including; Wellness Luxury Hotel (100 keys of total BUA 27,000 m2), Serviced Luxury Branded Residences (78 units of 12,000 m2 total BUA), Retail/F&B Mediterranean Stella Marina Piazza (11,500 m2 total BUA), Marina Yacht Club (1,300 m2), Exclusive Spa (15,000 m2), Jame’e (congregational) Mosque (1,350 m2), (3) Masjids (1,340 m2, 447 m2 each), structured parking, and governmental, institutional, social, cultural services and operation facilities.

All residential units are located within less than five-minute walk of waterfront pleasant public parks. Project total BUA is 345,816 m2 approximately.
