Forensic Center of Excellence

The project aims to establish an advanced, high-security forensic facility on a plot of approximately 850 m², with dimensions of 27.3 m × 31 m, designed in accordance with the highest international standards in criminal investigation and evidence handling.
The project consists of three basement levels, a ground floor, and six upper floors, in addition to a roof level. The total built-up area above ground is approximately 6,000 m², while the basement levels comprise approximately 2,500 m², bringing the total built-up area to approximately 8,500 m².
The facility will accommodate a wide range of forensic specialties, advanced training facilities, and highly secure evidence storage areas, ensuring the highest levels of operational efficiency, security, and accuracy in criminal investigations.
