Le Beau Rivage Project in Al-Gharbeya

The mixed-use development is located in the premium zone of Tanta, Al-Gharbeya; on a plot of land that is surrounded by Cairo-Alexandria Agricultural Road from the northern side, the Army Road from the eastern side, a 10-meter-wide road from the southern side, and a number of buildings from the western side.
On a total plot area of 77,721 m2 and with a total built-up area of 58,610 m2; the project comprises a hospital with an area of 15,844m2, an administrative tower with an area of 10,544 m2, a mall with an area of 13,745m2, and a threefloor basement with an area of 18,495 m2.
