Project Description

Located in King Abdullah Financial District “KAFD” on parcels 1.06 & 1.07; the 2,200-slot multi-storey car parking consists of ground, first, second, third, fourth, 5 typical, and 10th floors, in addition to a roof hosting an amenity area, with a total BUA of 106,821 m2.

The project also includes Monorail Station No.3 with an area of 1,700 m2 that shall be integrated as an extension of the car parking structure at the fourth floor.
