Mivida Community Centers in Parcels 46 & 47

Mivida site is located in New Cairo in the vicinity of the American University in Cairo new campus. The
community centers occupy parcel 46 & parcel 47, each with a land area of approximately 10,200 m2.
Each parcel contains a clubhouse and a mosque. The clubhouse encompasses a ground floor on a footprint area of 1,550 m2, first floor with an area of 1,170 m2, and a roof with an area of 55 m2. The mosque comprises a ground floor on a footprint area of 410 m2, mezzanine with a floor area of 145 m2, and a roof with an area of 11 m2.
