Mivida Community Centers in Parcels 46 & 47

Mivida site is located in New Cairo in the vicinity of the American University in Cairo new campus. The
community centers occupy parcel 46 & parcel 47, each with a land area of approximately 10,200 m².
Each parcel contains a clubhouse and a mosque. The clubhouse encompasses a ground floor on a footprint area of 1,550 m², first floor with an area of 1,170 m², and a roof with an area of 55 m². The mosque comprises a ground floor on a footprint area of 410 m², mezzanine with a floor area of 145 m², and a roof with an area of 11 m².
