Marassi

The mega-project Marassi located in the North Coast of Egypt. Overlooking the glorious view of Sidi AbdelRahman Bay, Marassi is a 6 km waterfront community that unfolds a year-round upscale residential, tourism, leisure, and commercial lifestyle development lining the Mediterranean Sea coast. Spread over a land area of 6.25 million m², the project features seven waterfront residential districts inspired by various architectural styles including that of Andalusian, Santa Barbara, Tuscan, Formal Italian, and Spanish Colonial.

Offering a built-up area of 1.85 million m², Marassi features an 18 hole golf course, a marina, spas, a town and commercial center, and a number of public services. Strong focus is devoted to the establishment  of convention facilities and accommodation amenities via eight major hotel establishments. With a construction cost of 1.7 Billion US$, Marassi comprises two world-class beach clubs which offer the development’s residents a string of recreational outlets including magnificently landscaped panoramas.
