Logistics and Transfer Warehouses in Subhan

This project encompasses the design and construction of two pre-engineered metal building systems, consisting of a large open area for warehouse/storage operations and multiple separated smaller administrative office locations inside the building. The large warehouse building is approximately 156 x 61 meters (BUA: 9,920 m²) and the transfer warehouse is 100 x 30 meters (BUA: 3,125 m²). Both facilities areas require HVAC, power, fire protection and life safety provisions, communication (data & telephone), and utilities.

The project also includes two pump shed steel structures each with a BUA of 32 m² and two R.C sewage tanks each with a BUA of 30 m².
