Katameya Coast

Located in the North Coast near Al-Dabaa, Matrouh; the project has a total land area of 205 acres (860,522 m²). Phase 1 consists of 254 buildings including villas (types 606, 565, & 535), standalone units (types 400, 320, 315, & 300), twin-houses (type 275), condos, cabanas, beach club, duplex units, car parkings, pools, water features, staff accommodations, and administrative offices; with a total BUA of 180,965 m². In addition, the project includes infrastructure facilities for both phases comprising an RO plant, wastewater treatment plant, circular tank, and a water tank.
