Education & Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, with a minimum grade of “Good”
• 0 to 5 years of experience in related field.

Specific Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Urban Planning and Urban Design standards and codes
• Comprehensive knowledge of and ability to use personal computers and related software, including CAD tools, Photoshop tools, Microsoft office, Revit, In Design, Civil 3D, Sketch up, GIS, Lumion and others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good command of the English language (written & spoken)
• Ability to work well under pressure and assess workload to establish priorities
