Main Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive and project-specific technical specifications in alignment with design requirements, applicable standards, and project objectives.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Proficiency in French (for French-speaking projects).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (relevant discipline).
• 3–7 years’ professional experience, ideally in technical office work, specification writing, and CSI standards.
• Strong knowledge of local and international codes and standards.
• Solid understanding of design principles and coordination.
• Experience in technical office operations and contract administration.
