Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 7 to 15 years of professional experience, preferably including exposure to specification writing, evaluating technical alternatives, and preparing detailed specifications in line with CSI standards.
• Solid knowledge of both local and international codes and standards.
• Strong understanding of fundamental design principles and coordination practices.
• Proven experience in technical office operations and construction contract administration.
