• To study the project contract documents for cost, time and contractual issues and to become familiar with the project.
• Reviews the constructed quantities in site.
• Reviews the contractors’ invoices and certifies payments.
• Assesses the contractor claims.
• Studies the financial impact of prospective change orders prior to their initiation.
• Review, monitor and advise on all requests for additional payment including measurement, variations and claims submitted by the contractor.
• Evaluate materials on site for the purpose of the payment certificate.
• Assist Site in preparing the monthly progress report.
