• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project scope, quantities, cost estimates, and construction schedules
    • Assess design and construction contracts
    • Monitor project budgets and cost control performance
    • Review and certify Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs)
    • Prepare periodic technical and financial progress reports

  🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
    • 5–7 years of relevant experience (project management exposure preferred)
    • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Primavera P6 knowledge is a plus
