• Education & Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, with a minimum grade of “Good”
• 20+ years of experience in Urban planning, Urban Design and design review.

• Specific Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge of:

• Urban Planning and Urban Design standards, regulatory codes and related laws.
• Proven experience in large scale urban development and master planning projects

• Comprehensive knowledge of: Related software, including CAD tools, Photoshop tools, Microsoft office, Revit, In Design, Civil 3D, Sketch up, GIS, Lumion and others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Key Responsibilities:

• Review urban design packages and ensure technical accuracy, quality, coordination and compliance with standards, codes and regulations.
• Provide technical comments to project team.
