• Education & Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, with a minimum grade of “Good”
• 20+ years of experience in Landscape design, working drawings and design review.

• Specific Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge of:

• Landscape standards, technical coordination, quality assurance and regulatory codes.
• Strong portfolio in public realm, streetscape and large-scale development projects.
• Softscape design, planting selection, material selection and detailing.

• Comprehensive knowledge of: Related software, including CAD tools, Photoshop tools, Microsoft office, Revit, In Design, Civil 3D, Sketch up, Lumion and others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Key Responsibilities:

• Review landscape packages for technical accuracy, quality, coordination and compliance with standards and codes.
• Provide technical comments to project team.
