Main Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM coordination for large-scale, complex projects.
• Manage and maintain BIM models to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct clash detection and lead coordination meetings to resolve issues proactively.
• Develop and enforce project-specific BIM execution plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team on all BIM-related matters.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• BSc in mechanical or electrical with 5 Years min experience.
• Deep expertise in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, ACC).
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
